Ladle with an Arrow Mark and the word "coin" after it -Coin Silver?

Any idea what the arrow symbol represents or which company? Don't even know if it's american or european. The ladle is a twisted handle with a figural fly midway up the handle, then an oval hand chased handle at the top. The bowl is hand chased as well. I know it says gold antique hallmarks but a search brought me to your site. Thanks in advance.
