Mine is in a white box that says "LA BELLA" with Fifth Avenue under it. But mine has a tiny sticker that says 24 karat gold plated. Mine is a broach neckless combo with twist on earrings. the have a light blue sapphire in the middle with I think cubic zirconia around them. They This set was bought sometime between 1900's to 1940's that is when my grandparents where in New York I would be interested in the price.

"If You Want To See The Girl Next Door Go Next Door" by: Yvonne Hammouda-Eyre
Good morning/afternoon
Thank you for writing in. As European jewelry manufacturers turned over their factories to the war effort, American firms, ie. Coro, Eisenberg, the latter, a Chicago based business, began to dominate the market.
Joan Crawford summed up this excessiveness for costume jewelry, in the new "cocktail hour" with the words - "if you want to see the girl next door go next door."
Skilled refugees in Europe, escaping war, fled to the United States in the 1940s to work for US Costume jewelry manufacturers. Rhode Island was the center of the Jewelry making industry.
I couldn't see any Pearls embellishing any of the jewelry pieces in the box marked IMPERIAL. The photo isn't clear and contra-positioned. "Imperial" is a brand name used by the Imperial Pearl Syndicate Inc. - Cultured & Simulated Pearls in the 1954 Jeweler 's Trade Marks & Names.
Are there identifying marks on the jewelry itself. Identifying the jewelry by box can provide supportive info but is not conclusive enough to inspire a prospective customer at The Jewelry Exchange to BUY.
