JTC R 103 hallmark | Bridal Set

I have a bridal set that looks hand made with the following hallmark, JTC (in an oval) R (in a circle) 103

the other side of the band is marked 14K and the ring is white gold with black antiquing and it has real daimonds. it is a very decorative piece but also very small with a very thin band. Thanks for any info,
