Italian Shell cameo by "Lustre"

I have an Italian Shell Cameo brooch/pendant made by "Lustre". 9ct gold is written on the box. On the back of the cameo are markings which look like 1195/4. "bone colour" Subject is the profile of a girl with long hair with soft orange/gold background. Small pearl is inset at top of cameo. Wondering if it is gold surround or and possible value. thank you.
