Italian Cameo Hallmark - Scognamiglio?

I received this cameo from my mother and cannot identify the hallmark on the back. I know is it from Italy and is 14kt gold. It looks like there is an M i M hallmark and then a symbol of a V with a swirl underneath. Is this the MM Scognamiglio Italy Hallmark?

What would be its approximate worth?
