Hi Denise I would definitely get the stones tested, it's a small price to pay, in my opinion, if the stones do turn out to be diamonds. The large stone, doesn't look like alexandrite. Alexandrite is more of a purplish blue reddish color. It would be worth more than all the diamonds in this ring (presuming the white stones are diamonds) put together.
