Is this dress/fur clip unique or common?

I have a large silver clip on piece with cherubs, a naked lady I think she is a mermaid but she has a separated tail one part each going up the bottom sides of the piece,

there is a clear blue cameo of a lady's side on face, five dangling filagree like chains each with a different face with open mouth at the bottom. Inherited it from my dad. The clip has four prongs. A dress or fur clip? Is it unique or common?
