it's really hard to tell, especially with a cameo even with a photo as you need to examine the material, to see if it's synthetic material or not, which is an artificial, composite material made to mimic natural cameo material.
It looks to me like vintage costume jewelry from the photos. A genuine carving would have well-defined carving strokes, not so rounded.
