18K, 18ct or 750 (parts per 1000) or 75% gold. (Most quality pieces are 18ct. Minimum gold standard for sale in Italy.)
Italian marks are confusing. Depending on the age of the piece, its possible that the Numbers can BE THE IDENTIFYING NUMBER of the jeweler. At one stage in the history of Italian jewelry, jewelers were assigned numbers.
