Is there a name for this type of cameo? where could i find one like this in a smaller version?

I have a ring that is not a real cameo, considering because i got it at some clothing store. But i would like sterling silver one that is somewhat real. I just cannot find one like this in that picture. Does it have a certain name or something that I could look up instead of just typing in cameo necklace? Thank you!!!!
