Interested in any info on this cameo, have not seen many floral only, age?

Inherited this from my Grandmother. Possibly bought in Italy in late 1960's. Wondering if that is the cameo age or was it old when they bought it. Know it is 14 carat gold but that is about it. Do not see any signatures or other markers anywhere but have the original box. Thanks
