I'm a cameo collector newbie...

I have recently become fascinated with cameos (mostly for the history behind each piece). I recently purchased two cameos (for myself) going off the few things I do know, from researching on a few websites like this. So I'm curious what you all think of these. I want honest opinions as I am trying to learn as much as I can about cameos. It's easy for me to hear "oh that's lovely because it's pink, or that's such a strong piece because of its size" but I want to know what collectors see, that I don't. Therefore I am asking for pros and cons of both pieces I have. And I look forward to gaining knowledge from you all. Thanks in advance!!
