Hi James,

the eagle mark is the French gold guarantee mark on 18ct + from ca 1838 to the Present.

These initials will need further research.

If you would like to send in two/three more images, I would be happy to research further. If you take images as close as you can get to the marks and another image of the whole ring. Also if you could provide as much information as you can about the item; where did you buy it, or was it inherited?
