Identifying my Cameo Brooches

I've got two Cameo Brooches and would like to know if anybody can give an idea about their age and what they are made of. If I hold them against the light it shines through. The one with the Green background is marked Cecho Slovakia and the other one is not marked. Both have C clamps at the back
