Id. 140 Maker's Mark on Art Nouveau Pin

Dear Sir; Attached is an image of a mark found on the pin stem of a Art Noveau plique-a-jour pin we recently aquired. Any help you could give us to identify the maker would b greatly apprecitated. We will send two images of the actual pin following this email.

Please note the piece has a eagles head hallmark on the pin receiver.
