I need info on my ring and its markings!| REAL GOLD

I bought a old cabinet that was in a bank vault. There was a ring in one of the 35 drawers. It is a rose gold color and is marked "REAL GOLD" on the inside of the band with a cross between the word "REAL" and the word "GOLD". It is a solid band and is small. It fits on my pinky finger. My ring finger is a size 8 - 9 but not sure of pinky size.

Is this ring worth anything?
