I have a ring that was given to me with the following markings inside.

It's a 23- stone ring with a larger middle stone and two a little less on either side. It's silver in color. On the inside it says 10 k and to the left of that is like a 6 prong sun. what is the sun, and what possible solidity is the gold? Is it worth alot, or fashion jewelry?
