14K HEART SHAPE INSIDE A BOX

I have a Diamond Ring, I was told it was my Grandmothers, and that is was considered "designer" for it's day, like Tiffany - but in order to find out ANYTHING ABOUT IT - THE MAKER, OR IF IT'S REALLY VINTAGE, I NEED TO IDENTIFY THE MAKERS MARK. Can anyone help?
