I have a cameo that is signed with the letters RH and between the letters is a diamond--a jewelry type diamond.

My item is a shell Cameo that I inherited from my grandmother. The Cameo is open on the back. I believe it is abalone. The chain, and the bail, and the cameo are all marked as gold filled.

Their is a mark on the bail and the mark is: RH with a diamond gemstone picture between the letters
