I am stumped!

I have what appears to be a gold, seems to hold at 14K compact with an unusual marking but nbo 14K, 585, etc marked anywhere on it. Instead it has what looks like a dogs head facing left with a P on one side and a 4 on the other. So it looks like P dogs head 4 all in one stamp. Next to it looks like an RT or AT in another stamp. I am thinking Austrian/Hugarian pre-1930 but thats just a guess.
