Hello. Perhaps you have already learned this, but Majorica pearls are immitation, or fake, pearls. Majorica is possibly the most famous maker of fake or immitation pearls. This doesn't mean your strand is completely without value, but they are not real pearls. This should be taken into consideration when you finally receive an official appraisal of their value. In any case, I would say that the most important thing is to enjoy them.

Hi Melanie these Majorica Pearls sound very special. And in the original box; adds somewhat to their value however they are imitation pearls, not true pearls.
