no way to know the age, cameo may have been commissioned to depict a couple thru a special order with the jeweller where it was originally purchased.

not sure when safety rollover clasps started, my guesstimate only on the age would be 1930-1940??

What does it mean? it means the subject of your cameo brooch is two faces, male and female in profile.
