It does have the Howard M Tefft marking on it. It also says sterling under the HMT marking, it is a heavy bracelet. I have yet to find anything similar looking. I am still trying to find out the value and date of this piece. I assume it is from the 60s. Also any additional information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
