Help Identifying Antique Cameo

Hello,

I was trying to identify the person being depicted on this cameo, and I was wondering if you might help. It appears to be a woman of possibly wealthy birth, with long hair and a expensive outfit? I have been unable to find anything looking identical to online, and so I thought I might turn to you to help.

Under extreme magnification, we found the letter R FRES on the pin, and also a very small depiction of what appears to be another woman. Additionally, we also found what looks like the stamp of a head of an eagle/other bird on the clasp of the pin. Thank you in advance for your help.
