we try to focus on antique jewelry, estate jewelry and pearl jewelry on forums but your question was interesting...

who cares if you were born with a silver spoon in your mouth when you have a gold fork!

The hallmarks are not clear though.

the profile of King George III is a UK duty mark, used between 1786 - 1821
