Hallmark translation

Hi, I have a gold ring with 3 marks on it. I'm trying to find out when it was made, confirm the purity of the gold is 15k and find out what the last symbol is. It doesn't match anything I've seen on Google. Please see photo. I asked the question on this site because as far as I can tell it is made before 1930 because it's stamped 15 and apparently that gold standard wasn't used after 1930.
