Hallmark Question C with Arrow through it

This Hallmark is on silver tone shoe clips. I bought them from a woman who lives in Franklin, MA. Near North Attleboror and Providence RI both costume jewelry hubs. The Hallmark is a capital C with an arrow going through it. I am confused. I found Unca's U with an arrow. Carl Art's CA with an Arrow. I also found Whiteside & Blank but my Capital C is in a different font.

Can you help me?
