Hallmark Ladies Watch, very old.

I'm trying to find any information on an estate collected Hallmark Ladies watch I have obtained. The watch has on the inside of the back, "20 Year Filled", "Solid Gold Back", and then on the mechanics it states, "Hallmark Swiss" and "15 Jewels". This watch looks very old but in excellent condition. Can you please give me age or where to find and value?
