The overlapping C's look like the Cartier logo in my opinion, they made jewelry for royalty which could indicate the crown stamp. I personally think you have a nice piece here that should be looked at by a cartier rep or reputable jewler in person just in case you have somthing really nice on your hands.

this mark does not look familiar to me, other than the crown. Is there a cross at the tip of the crown? Many makers used the Crown mark and I could not tell if that was a cursive L or an I - any idea? Laguna did make jewelry and used a cursive L as their marker's mark. It's been a pleasure to assist you today.
