Hallmark having issues finding info on it

I have acquired a cameo that has a hallmark "ceno" - The brooch appears to have a nice shell carving and maybe opals and crystal or raw diamonds.

It it is gold tone. maybe old gold, really unsure, would like info if can be had, thanks
