If the mark was registered at he Birmingham Assay office, it most probably will be the maker: WILLIAM NEALE & SONS, Ltd. (Silversmiths, Birmingham, UK) - ca 1860s - 1911
Try Researching British Hallmarks to determine the year. Make certain the surround also matches. If sponsor is William Neale and sons Ltd. it would have to be the 1907 letter stamp. Are they sapphires? Just curious.
