Gold Pocket-Watch Unknown Hallmark

White enamel face with writing Borel & Candevaux. Hole for watchkey on face dial. Inside of back cover is a diamond hallmark with 240 inside of it preceded by an N with an arrow through the N. Inside of watch is filigree work in the name of Philip Borel and also inscribed Borel & Candevaux. Unknown age. Can't find any info. Any info would be appreciated.
