Gold Diamond (i think) Crucifix Pendant | Is the Diamond Real?

Hi,

I have a white gold crucifix with a small diamond in the middle, so I believe. I would like to know if the diamond is real.

The pendant has 375 maked on it twice, once by itself and again in between two triangles with lines down the centre, i know the 375 means gold, not sure what the triangles are. It is also marked with an anchor and "B&B".

any ideas?
