gold chain 'star' 325 VI

I want to know the manufacture and approximate value of a yellow 14k gold .5mm 18" mirror box chain I found; on the clasp there is a 'star' imprint followed by a space, the number "325", space, roman numeral "VI"... also "ITALY" is imprinted on the clasp.....

Help! anybody that knows!
