Gold Band 1880-1885 | ID 113

I have an antique gold wedding ring and am wondering what the hallmark can tell me. The band is marked 18 (either B or R) then two zeros or O's, below the 00 is a bar, between the O's there is a dot. These markings are all in a rectangular shape similar to: <__>

This was a wedding band of a couple who were married about 1880-1885.

The ring is in excellent condition, but am just wondering what information the hallmark can give.
