German Hallmark?

So we got this ring, and we were wondering about the markings. There is 750 (18k, we knew that much) then there is an elongated crown and a rectangle with a small "w" a head that looks to be wearing a military helmet and the number one. if you could please help me i would appreciate it! i will upload a pic asap!
