Genuine oriental add a pearl necklace

I have an add a pearl necklace with approx. 50 genuine oriental pearls on it. It has been added to over the course of about 40 years. I have several other cards with more pearls that can be added to it. What is something like this worth. They are very small, the biggest being in the center and they gradually get smaller.
