General Electric tie clip & cufflinks.

My great uncle was a GE employee in the forties - I believe these are some kind of employee appreciation thing. They're maybe dynamos or turbines or some other generally electric gizmo ... I'm sort of assuming they have some kind of value even in an era where it's difficult to purchase a French-cuffed shirt. I would love any feedback or direction on the best way to go about finding them a loving new home.
