Found -14k White Gold Engagement Ring - LEO ISC -09 14k 450 pt1

Hi I found a white gold engagement ring with a round stone...about a ladies sz 7...it has engraved inside The Leo...with the o being a diamond then ISC-09 14k 450 pt 1...is there some type of way the owner can be found and is it worth looking for them...Thank you
