Finnish Ring - need help with the last hallmark | Id. 133

Finnish Hallmarks

ok - I purchased this ring, a 36.37ct blue chalcedony ring (estate sale) and I'm having a bit of a problem with the first and last of six (6) Hallmarks. The first is PRO in a circle - I am assuming this is the makers mark - any ideas on who? the next four are relatively simple, the Finnish, gold weight (585 - 14K), Helsinki assays, R7 (I think this means size 7 - if not please correct me) and the last mark which I cannot identify with the sources I wam working with - this is the one I am most curious about - can you tell me, if this is a year mark (if so, what year) or does it signify something else?
