fidelity stamp

Found a ring in my basement. It is a vintage diamond cluster ring with 21 small diamonds. 18 diamonds form an elongated oval around 3 slightly larger diamonds. Stamped on the inside of the band is the word "FIDELITY" and "14K".

I also noticed some faint etching on the inside of the band that appears to read "2/135". Can you shed any light on any of the above markings?
