i too have FIDELITY by: brends
My grandmother's engagement ring 1940's is a platinum gold diamond ring,. also marked HGS FIDELITY. I know it was from London Road in Liverpool, but sadly had its box stolen in a burglary. The word intrigued me too!

Claire the only thing I could find - FIDELITY was the trading name used by K. Polishook & Sons Corp (rings)
It was also the trading name used by Silvermann, Kohen & Wallenstien Inc. (diamond rings)
