Is the F & G inside an oblong box?

Importer's of Jewelry from Europe
Might be an importer's mark?

crown and 18 represents the purity of gold prior to 1975 in England.

The r is the year letter without seeing it I cant give a date.

Research gold hallmarks England date letter's have a look for one that matches your ring.
