When reviewing this question and related concerning the initial marks on your ear clips , we noticed that you did not have any images uploaded. The hallmark guru is unable to respond without them.
The best size is "Web - Large" to facilitate the smooth uploading. If your images are too large, they will not upload to the site. If they are too small, the Guru will have a problem seeing them.
Please send one of the whole item, the front, back, top and bottom. If there are any signatures or markings, please include a closeup of them. Thanks
