Double grape cluster pearl brooch

It says 14k has a whole bunch of pearls. They hurt my ears when I rub them against me teeth. Gritty and annoyingly so. The color is beautiful. You can see see them from the front and backside. Cannot find same images on net. Any info? What kind of pearls? Natural, cultured, or fake? Any way to figure out where they came from? History? Value?

Any info would be helpful. F.Y.I. I purchased them at an estate sale to a whopping $2.00
