Makers mark on diamond filigree pin

I have a pin that with a mark on the clasp that says "14K" then a rhombus shape with the letter "B" inside (it may me a # "8")than the mark "& PLAT".

I believe it is from 1910's -1920's. With old mine cut diamonds set in white gold pierced filigree and a platinum pin joint and clasp.

It would be great to know who's mark this is. I hope I have provided a picture that is good enough. If not I could try to take a better one.

B or 8 |Can you identify this makers mark? | 1910-20s Brooch

I have a brooch I bought at a tag sale last year. I believe the circa is 1910-1920's. It has old mine cut diamonds. I would like to know who the maker is. On the clasp end it is marked "14K" below that there is a rhombus with what appears to be the capital letter "B" inside of it (could be an "8"). Under that is a mark "& PLAT".

I may be able to get better pic's if this is not helpful enough.
