Could you Identify my Cameo Plz?

Hello, I recently received a Cameo from my grandmothers jewelry collection after her passing. We have no idea about its history or its value! I do know that is has "G.C.H. Markings on the back. Looks old, gold with a small Ivory women's head and 10 small pearls. Thx!
