Coral Ring

I have been wearing my great-grandmother's gold and coral ring since I received it for my 14th birthday 36 years ago. The marking inside is a block letter B with a 5-pointed star inside. I believe the designs on the sides of the ring are grapevines. Thank you for any information you can provide!
