Certified Natural Pearls

I received a box of pearls from a secret admirer. I can tell that the box is specifically made for the pearls inside because of their unique shape and fit. There is a sticker on the outside of the box saying certified natural pearls. The pearls are a pin..there's a gold pin attached to a small circle of about 15 small pearls. They are meant to pin onto a shirt or woman's suit...im no pearl expert obviously and would like to know if the stamp means that they are real...Certified Natural Pearls, real or possibly fake?
