Cartier Brooch?

I was looking to sell this brooch, someone looked at it and told me to investigate further as the gems are cut to the style of Cartier and in the tutti frutti design. The diamonds and gem stones are all real with a leaf cut. It's marked as 18ct but I can't see a 'Cartier' mark on it. Were all pieces actually marked?
